HiTex II for FF5

HiTex stands for High resolution Textures. At 1024x1024, the HiTex II textures are often twice the resolution size of the original FF5 512x512 textures, offering more details and photorealism.  In order to run the HiTex textures smoothly, you will need a reasonably modern system. An optional "lite" version, in the original FF5 resolution size, is also provided for those with a bit older computers.

Note that most of the example textures below of current released FF5 are by no means bad textures, but they simply could be improved. Some more than others. The FF5 devs did a great job, but the 'HiTex' graphicswill certainly improve your Falcon experience further. You will see a 'before' and  'after' image, where after are the HiTex graphics.
